VIRGINIA – Winsome Earle-Sears has an extreme record attacking public education and wants to defund public schools, leaving Virginia students without the resources they need to succeed. Sears also backed Donald Trump’s efforts to dismantle the Department of Education, cut investments to Head Start, and slashed funding for programs that support rural schools and students with disabilities. 
 
During a recent press conference, when asked about Sears’ record on education, Delegate Amy Laufer said: “We know that our kids deserve better, and we know that Winsome Earle-Sears is not going to deliver.”
